JCI Damascus is an international, volunteer-led nonprofit organization bringing together active young citizens aged 18 to 40. Founded in Syria in 2004, it is part of the global Junior Chamber International network.

Since its beginnings in Damascus, the chapter has brought young people together around a simple idea: the best way to learn leadership is to practise it.
Through projects, training, teamwork, and partnerships, members gain real-world experience that enables them to learn, make decisions, build relationships, and turn ideas into practical initiatives.
