JCI Damascus is an international, volunteer-led nonprofit organization bringing together active young citizens aged 18 to 40. Founded in Syria in 2004, it is part of the global Junior Chamber International network.
We provide leadership development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change by engaging members in hands-on experiences: leading projects and initiatives, developing skills, serving the community, and building relationships and cooperation at local, national, and international levels. Through these experiences, we seek to strengthen members’ active participation, develop their leadership abilities, and reinforce the values of collaboration and responsibility.
